As the world turns, it trips over boxes

I'm preparing for the big move in a few weeks. You never really know how much crap you've got until it all has to be packed up. My apartment is like a giant maze of boxes, both empty and full. I finally got stuff cleared away from around the couch and in front of the kitchen sink. I'm just trying to focus on our cool little house we'll be moving into in just a few weeks. The cats and dog are wandering around trying to figure out what the heck's going on and why is the place a mess. Though, they tend to drops those thoughts when treats are offered! As soon as I get a photo or two of the new house, I'll post them!! I'm excited!!!!!

Britney Pops Second Baby Boy

Access Hollywood confirmed with Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, that Britney has given birth to her second child.
The proud grandfather says he has already seen the baby.
When Acesss Hollywood Executive Producer Rob Silverstein congratulated Mr. Spears, he said, “Thank you!, we appreciate your concern. Everything is great.”
Sean Preston will reach the tender age of 1 on Thursday, and now he reportedly has a baby brother.
And yes folks, that would make Kevin Federline a father four times over! He also has a four-year-old girl, Kori, and a two-year-old son, Kaleb, from a previous relationship with Shar Jackson.
Britney reportedly delivered a 6-pound, 11-ounce baby boy, via C-section, just before 2 a.m. this morning.
Federline reportedly took her to the hospital last night to prepare for her C-section surgery. Sean Preston was also born via C-section, almost a year ago.
According to reports, Kevin was joined at Britney’s bedside by Britney’s mom, Lynne, and her sister, Jamie Lynne. No one from Kevin’s family was present.

Our lovely weekend getaway!

It was so great to get out of town for a few days. We headed to the North Georgia Mountains, just a few hours away. It's hard to believe that some place so close to heaven is right up the road!

When we first arrived Thursday afternoon, it was a total downpour. It rained for about four hours. And I LOVE the rain. I just sat back listening to the raindrops bounce off the roof.

On Friday, we woke to an absolutly beautiful morning. The creek was right in our backyard and still swollen from the previous wet weather. I loved sitting there listening to the rushing water. We went up to the top of the moutain for the view and followed a short trail back to the waterfalls. It was so beautiful.


It was nice to get away and spend some time together. We were able to cook meals, catch up on some reading, and play lots of Scrabble. We just relaxed with each other. I couldn't ask for a nice trip. I was really sorry to pull away from our tiny cabin in the woods!

You've got to give it to Britney, despite all the trash and stupid things she does, at least she's always got little Sean with her. I wonder how many other celeb moms look after their children regularly.

And holy cow is she beautiful!! As soon as I'm up tomorrow, I'm hitting the store to pick up this vanity fair!!! She looks exactly like Katie Holmes!
