HTML = Foreign Language!!

Jeez!! I've been messing with my banner for three days now! Just when I thought I had it figured out ... I've got the title problem. I have no idea how to get rid of it! So I stuck "Brought to you by Heatherly" there. And I don't like it! AHH This is frustrating, but I'm going to keep with it until I get it fixed! If anyone has any suggestions/ways to get rid of title, please drop me a comment! Anything at this point would be helpful as I'm about ready to pull my hair OUT! :-)
