Is it the moonlight?

What is it about the nighttime? I've been staying up till almost 4 am for two weeks working on several collages. It's so satisfying to be producing things I'm happy with, but why can it only happen in the middle of the night?! I've tried to sit down and start or finish different painting during the day, but for some reason my mind refuses to work! Does this happen to anyone else?

Time to unload the stash!

I've been trying all week to clean up this mess of a studio I have. There is just too much stuff! I wittled down my fabric stash and have decided to let some of it go! It's all available at my etsy shop. I've also been hard at work with a few new art pieces. I'm really liking how they've come out!
I must figure out a way to get organized and keep my studio that way! Does anyone else have this much trouble!? LOL

What the hell?

Ok, Brittney is this close to a total meltdown. I'm just wondering what is going on in that now bald head of hers. Reports are circulating that she checked herself in then out of rehab all in the same day. What's she in rehab for now? And more importantly, where are her children? Is she trying to lose custody of them to K-fed? Did she finally realize that the boys are not like handbags? You can't hang them on a hook in the closet when you're tired of carrying them around.
I don't think I'd care as much (though I would be just as interested) about Brit's downward spiral, but she has children to think of. It's her job to raise them and take care of them. They did not ask to come into this world. I hope she gets her shit together before they are taken away, to be raised by K-fed.
Come on Brittney, we are all pulling for you - but you've got to throw us a bone sometime. Quit all this stupid shit and get your act together.

New puppy in town

We've welcomed a new addition to our family! His name is Jack. He's a 3 year old chihuahua and weighs a whopping 8.5 pounds. That's huge compared to my tiny little Andy. We've had Jack for a month now and he's come a long way! When we first adopted him, he did not know how to walk on a leash, nor was he potty trained. But worse than all that, he'd never know what it was to be loved.
He spent his first three years locked in a cage, used as a breeder dog in a puppy mill. When he first arrived in our house, it seemed like he didn't know what to do with himself ... I could see him thinking - What? all this space to run and play in with all the food I want to eat! Yah!!!
The road was bumpy at first, but Jack's coming along nicely. He's almost totally potty trained now and he sleeps in our bed with us every night. Now we have to get a king-size bed to accomodate me, BF, Andy and Jack, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

New celeb baby

I Love Keri Russell. My love affair started with her on the Mickey Mouse Club. I always wanted her hair!! Then of course she moved on to Felicity ... another one of my favorite shows. And now she'd having a baby!

The Associated Press
Keri Russell, who starred in TV's "Felicity," is expecting her first child this summer, her spokeswoman said Friday.
Russell and contractor Shane Deary, both 30, became engaged last year, said Jill Fritzo, the actress' publicist. No wedding date has been set.
She portrayed spirited college student Felicity Porter in "Felicity" for four years. The series ended in 2002.
Russell has since starred in the films "Mission: Impossible III" and "The Upside of Anger," and the TV miniseries "Into the West."
Her new movie, the independent romantic comedy "Waitress," will screen at the Sundance Film Festival next week.
